Exploring Environmental Education at the Florida Learning Garden

The Florida Learning Garden, a project by Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful in partnership with the Florida State Fair Authority, is an interactive educational experience that provides students with a unique opportunity to learn about the importance of conservation and sustainability. Developed in collaboration with Volunteer Florida and AmeriCorps, this one-acre permanent program offers members the chance to work with Tampa City staff and partner nonprofit organizations to make the community and the Earth a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable place. The Florida Learning Garden is an excellent way for students to gain hands-on experience in environmental education. Through this program, students can explore different aspects of environmental science and conservation, such as interactive exhibits and hands-on activities.
